Updated Player Injury Notification Process (Effective June 1, 2025)

CLG Naomh Ultan has updated its procedures for submitting Player Injury Notifications. Please carefully follow the steps below to ensure your injury is properly reported and your claim is registered:


Step 1: Notify CLG Naomh Ultan
Complete the CLG Naomh Ultan Player Injury Notification Form using the link below:

This internal form alerts the club and allows us to validate and track your claim.

Step 2: Submit to the GAA via Foireann (currently for GAA submissions only; not applicable to LGFA).
In Section 2 of the form above, you'll be prompted to submit an official injury notification via the GAA’s Foireann system.

To do this:
  1. Log in to your Foireann account (or create one if needed):

  2. Go to your Profile, then navigate to Player Actions.

  3. Select "Create an Injury Notification" and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the submission.
